Lenox Pearlescence Platinum Bone China Salt Shaker Specifications
A lovely pattern for more formal occasions, Pearlescence takes its name from the raised pearl-like enamel dots that are highlighted for visual and tactile appeal. Crafted of fine bone china, the Pearlescence salt shaker gleams with a bright white glaze bordered at the shoulder with two mottled mauve bands. Geometric designs in subtle colors break abruptly at the ends of the mauve bands, inviting users to pick up the shaker and admire the design more closely. Standing four inches tall, the elegantly tapered shaker features a narrow platinum band around the top, shoulder, and base of the foot. Seven holes in the top allow moderately ground salt or pepper to pass through, and a plastic plug in the bottom removes for refilling.
While Lenox platinum-trimmed bone china is not microwave-safe, it can be cleaned in a dishwasher, preferably with a mild detergent and low heat setting.
